Meet the Teacher
Hello! My name is Mrs. Magas. I graduated from Hofstra University with a BA in Liberal Arts and earned my Masters Degree in Childhood Education at L.I. University.
In 2007, I began teaching fifth grade math and science at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton in Bellmore, NY. In 2008, I became part of the St. Agnes family! I have been teaching fifth grade science, health, and religion classes ever since!
I believe that teachers need to teach students the skills they need to teach themselves. This establishes the foundation for a lifelong learner! I am thankful to work with such wonderful students, parents, and educators at St. Agnes Cathedral School!
