Students in 6th grade will be engaged in the geographic study of world regions as they examine major civilization development. The 6th grade curriculum is designed to allow students to observe societies dissimilar to their own in such a way as to broaden their understanding of people and places in an increasingly interdependent world. Students examine areas of the world having the longest record of human habitation and the richest diversity of human experience.
Our School Theme:
We are Workers in God's Vineyared
Almighty God, we thank you for making the earth
bountiful so that it might produce what is needed
for life. Bless those who work in the fields;
give us seasonable weather; and grant that we
may all share the fruits of the earth, rejoicing
in your goodness, through Jesus Christ, our Lord.
. Amen
