Welcome to 8th grade math!I am extremely excited to be a new member of the St. Agnes School Community. As a fifth year teacher, I have experience teaching 5th grade through 8th grade Mathematics. I have been a part of the catholic school community for three years and I am elated to be a part of this new community, which has been so warm and welcoming! Currently, I cover Algebra 1 and Health for the 8th grade students! In Algebra 1, I prepare the students for the New York State Regents Exam and we cover topics such as statistics, sequences, functions, expressions, equations, rational and irrational numbers, and graphing. I look forward to all of the exciting events that will happen this year!

Extra helpWednesday Morning 7:25 - 7:45 am for in person learners.
Wednesday Afternoon 3 - 3:30 pm for remote learners
All extra help classes are by request on or before Wednesday during the week. The in person extra help alternates every week (8-2 and 8-1) and (8-3 and 8-4)
You can always locate all classwork, notes, homework, answer keys, and upcoming assessments/ assignments on your corresponding Google Classroom page!

November UpdatesThis month, we will be finishing Unit 2 and starting Unit 3 in Mathematics. The students will also be presenting their presentations for their St. Feast Day projects in computer class! Additionally, we are working on an eating disorders informational brochure project for health class.
