CRITERIA FOR THE NATIONAL JUNIOR HONOR SOCIETY
Students in Grades 7 and 8 are eligible for membership in the National Junior Honor Society.
The following criteria are utilized to determine eligibility:

2. SERVICE
3. CITIZENSHIP
4. LEADERSHIP

SCHOLARSHIP CRITERIA
6. Effort grades: minimum of S
7. Art, Computer & Physical Ed. = 3 or higher
8. Personal Growth Code: minimum of S
Students who meet the scholarship criteria are given an application to complete and return with documentation showing evidence of service. Students who successfully complete the application are inducted into the National Junior Honor Society during Catholic Schools Week.
Once inducted, all members must maintain a 4 in Religion and a minimum of 23 points to remain in good standing.
Students who fall below this criteria will be on probation for 1 trimester.
If grades do not improve, the member is dismissed from the society.
