Maureen O'Loughlin

My name is Maureen O'Loughlin and I am excited to welcome a new class of St. Agnes students to fifth grade for the 2019-2020 school year. I am a graduate of St. Agnes Cathedral High School and earned my Bachelor's and Master's degrees from St. John's University.

After graduation, I began my teaching career in Boston, and then  returned to New York and taught at St. Joseph's in Hewlett for three years. I moved to Ireland when I got married where I lived for sixteen years and raised three children. Our return to New York also brought a return to the classroom for me and here I am beginning my twelfth year at St. Agnes!

I teach Math to all four sections of fifth grade and Religion to 5-1 and 5-2.

It is a privilege to teach at St. Agnes Cathedral School where our Christian faith and Gospel values are at the center of all we do. May God bless our efforts to learn and grow and be people of "A.C.T.I.O.N."
